01 Overall Process＋

We provide comprehensive support through all stages, from conceptual design, basic and detailed design, to cost estimation, administrative procedures, and construction commencement.

Conceptual Design
Organize basic information about the land and building, reflect client requirements, and estimate related costs.

Basic Design
Propose plans including layout, floor plans, elevations, and equipment systems. We will revise the plans as needed to match your vision, and provide renderings to help you visualize the final result.

Detailed Design
Create detailed construction drawings based on the basic design, incorporating sufficient information for accurate cost estimation and construction.

Cost Estimation
Calculate construction costs based on detailed design drawings.

Administrative Procedures
Submit building permit applications and other required notifications based on applicable laws and regulations.

Construction Supervision
After construction begins, our architect visits the site about once a week to ensure the work aligns with the design drawings.

02 Supported Building Types & Structures＋

We handle buildings of all sizes and purposes, except for extremely specialized types. Supported structural systems include wooden (post-and-beam and 2x4), steel frame, reinforced concrete (RC), steel-reinforced concrete (SRC), and precast concrete (PC/PCa).

03 Fees＋

Initial consultations are free of charge. Design fees vary depending on the complexity and scale of the project but typically range from 5–10% of total construction costs.
